Just one teaser image for today. Check back here or on facebook for more images from their beautiful wedding in Bellevue, Washington this past weekend.

Amelia and Brian got married this past weekend in Seattle at the beautiful Waterfront Marriott Hotel. I have never met them till about half an hour before their wedding! They live in Arizona and got engaged in NYC, and they picked their favorite city Seattle to hold their wedding. Their photographer from NYC David Pun asked me to help photograph the wedding with him and I’m glad I said yes.
Amelia and Brian, though I have only met you for a few short hours, I can tell how happy you are being with each other from your beautiful pictures, I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!
Groom looking sharp!

The guys:
Bride and her beautiful girls.

Amelia looks so radiant and gorgeous!

Amelia and Brian had not seen each other before the ceremony. This is the first time Brian caught a glimpse of her walking out towards the ceremony.

Raarrr, gorgeous couple!
I love the dramatic clouds of the Seattle skyline, perfect backdrop for this gorgeous couple and their wedding party!
This shot and the one above are straight out of camera.

Brian’s brother Ty is one of the funniest people in the wedding party. Not sure what inspired him to hop onto that pole …

One thing led to another, we have the bride and groom kissing across a traffic sign …

Great way to start the fun!
I’m so happy to be able to feature Jasper, a magical orange cat! His session had been the hardest to process session, really, to capture the magic of a magical orange cat is not easy. I hope I have done Jasper some justice – his beauty and mischievousness go hand in hand!
Meet Jasper:

He can be playful:

Very sweet:

And very mischievous:

Yeap, that’s right, he’s been planning an escape. Jasper’s human Lorrin has an awesome enclosed area so that Jasper can go outside while still fenced in and under supervision. Look at this innocent face:

Please don’t be fooled. What gate can stop a determined and smart kitty from getting out? There you have it, Jasper in the free world!

and king of the roof!

Disclaimer: no kitty has been harmed in the production of these pictures. Jasper has also voluntarily returned to his human’s backyard.
Susan and Nate have been sweethearts forever. I met them prior to attending Jasmine’s workshop in Orange County a few weeks ago. They wanted to get pictures of themselves done. Just like me, because Susan is a photographer and is the one holding the camera all the time, it means there are no pictures of the two of them!
The minute I met them, I am instantly welcome by Susan’s bubbly and happy personality. You will see exactly that in these pictures, her smiles are infectious, I had smiles on my face when I was editing these pictures.
Nate is very sweet too. He was the quiet designated driver that is way better than a GPS, and he understands us, photographers. He literally pull off to the side of the road of a fast going street with emergency signals when I called out: this is it! this is the place I want to shoot in!
Let’s meet these two lovebirds, we had so much fun spending the afternoon getting pictures done and hang out with another fellow photographer at the workshop.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, that’s why I have to start the sequence of pictures here, because this captures the essence of their personality. Be sure to read till the end for the slideshow of their session.

They can be sweet like this:

But Susan can never contain her beautiful smile, or maybe cuddling in front of the camera is just a bit funny – now that the table has turned.

This is the location where we almost just parked next to a 4 lane road with traffic going at 50mph next to us. We decided to play it safe and walk a bit to come here instead. I think the walk is totally worth it!

We moved on to Huntington Beach, just because we are in CA, I had to touch the sand. Thank you Susan for bearing with me despite not being a big fan of the sand. It was quite chilly and windy on the beach, and because of that we had the luxury of an empty beach.

Susan shooting Nate whenever she could.

Nate, did you just make this face after Susan’s camera turned away?

It looks like you are not just a great model for Susan, but also the goofiest target I have ever seen!

Susan, you are beautiful and fun, I wish you so much success in your photography business! Look at how she rocks the camera here and shows the true face of herself!

Susan, Nate, it was such a pleasure to meet you both! I hope you get great pictures done of yourselves more often than every 8 years :D

Good job!
